DESIGNED FOR YOUR WORK

A practical use case

When a customer asks about shipping, refunds, or complaints, the agent first identifies intent and drafts a reply. Complex cases are handed to a person with context, and records are retained for later review.

Who it is for

E-commerce, cross-border commerce, and private-channel service teams, as well as agent users who need human review in their workflows.

BUILT WITH PURPOSE

Capabilities organized around the task.

01

Route first, then resolve

Identify intent across inquiries, orders, and after-sales support. Use authorized data or a knowledge base to prepare replies and give recurring issues a clear process.

02

Editable drafts and human handoffs

Collaboration features include assisted replies, ticket handoffs, reply records, release, and closure, preserving human judgment for important matters.

03

Turn a resolved case into reusable knowledge

Combine knowledge resources, risk flags, and service records for review, while exploring expansion from specialized customer service collaboration to a general workspace.

WHERE WE ARE

Current status and next steps

Engineering project: K Studio

Current status
K Studio includes a customer service collaboration demo and specialized workstation materials. Work Studio builds on this foundation toward a general-purpose workspace. The website currently presents that direction and its collaboration workflows.
Scope and limitations
Official platform integration depends on supported interfaces and merchant authorization. Channel models, order data, and reply records in the demo do not establish live two-way messaging across every platform.
Next steps
Validate one authorized platform and a high-frequency use case first, then improve multi-seat collaboration and general task handling.

EXPLORE YOUR NEXT STEP

Bring your use case into the next step.

Outline your goals, current tools, and preferred way of working together.
Application drafts are generated locally in your browser. A formal submission channel is in preparation.
